Web Links Component
The Web Links Component is useful if you want to post lots of external links in your website.
It enables you to organise Web Links in Categories and display lists of links in the Front End using various Web Links Modules and Menu Links.
Web Links used to be a Core Supported Extension but is now decoupled from the Core Joomla! CMS.
This means it is no longer included with the Joomla! CMS but it is still available.

If you want to install it in your website then you can download it from the Joomla! Extensions Directory or JED.

Working with Web Links
The following information may be useful once you have installed the Web Links Component.

Open the Web Links Component screen
Select Web Links under Components in the sidebar of your website's Dashboard to edit your website's Contact details.
And then select Links to browse Web Link Items.
Or select Categories to browse Web Links Categories.
Manage Web Links Categories
Select Categories under Web Links in the sidebar of your website's Dashboard to browse Web Links Categories.
Select New to create a new Category.
Manage Web Links Items
Select Links under Web Links in the sidebar of your website's Dashboard to browse Web Links Categories.
Select New to create a new Web Link Item.
Review Web Links Options Settings
Select the Options button at the top right of the Web Links screen in your website's Dashboard.
