The Joomla! Project™ no longer provides full support (bug and security fixes) for the following versions of its CMS:
- Joomla! 1.0.
- Joomla! 1.5.
- Joomla! 2.5.
- Joomla! 3.5.
- Joomla! 3.10 (security fix support on a subscription basis ends in February 2025).
- Joomla! 4.x (bug fix support ended in October 2024, security fix support ends in October 2025).
If your website is still using one of the above versions then we can rebuild your existing - no longer supported - website using the latest available release of the Joomla! CMS.
Once your website is using the latest available release then we will offer you one of our Joomla! CMS Support Subscription packages.

The Hacker News frequently publishes articles warning Wordpress CMS users of security concerns.
Why so many? Wordpress is used by many more users globally than is the Joomla! CMS making the former a much bigger juicer target for hackers.
Joomla! CMS users should however not be complacent.

Aimy Captcha-Less Form Guard 17 is released
Release date: 8 January 2025.
Aimy Contact-Less Form Guard v17 is the latest release of this excellent CAPTCHA extension for the Joomla! CMS.
This is apparently a Bug Fix Release.
In their release note the developer states:
"v17.0 supports VirtueMart registration forms (PRO) and comes with native, dependency free JavaScript code so jQuery is no longer required.".
This version is compatible with the Joomla! 5 Series and PHP 8.3.

It is a Security Fix.

The latest release for the PHP 8.3 Series is PHP 8.3.15.
It is a Bug Fix Release.
PHP 8.3.14 was a Security Fix Release.
