This can be done through the use of a third party extension - check out the Joomla! Extensions Directory (JED).

The JED also lists email campaign extensions for adding to your website which you may wish to consider using instead of an external email marketing campaign.
Web hosting providers impose strict limits on how many emails can be sent in a given period of time.
