This version is compatible with the Joomla! 5 and 6 Series and PHP 8.4 and 8.5.

Its use with the Joomla! 6 Series requires that the Backward Compatibility Plugin is enabled.

Backward Compatibility Plugin

The Backward Compatibility Plugin is enabled by default in the Joomla! 6 CMS.

Purpose: to enable Third Party Extensions which are not yet compatible with the Joomla! 6 CMS to continue to function after you update your website from an earlier Joomla! version.
