One day a website visitor will tell you that your website's dropdown menus are not working on Google Chrome.
Namely, the dropdown fails to appear when the parent menu link is selected.
How should you respond?
Ask them to check the following Google Chrome browser setting on their device:
- Privacy & Security + Site Settings + Javascript.
If the option selected states:
- Don't allow sites to use Javascript,
then ask them to choose the alternative option:
- Sites can use Javascript.
Result: dropdown menus will now work.
