The USERS > MANAGE screen of your website control panel is where you can change your login details OR user credentials.

Example, your username, password and email address.

If you are responsible for the website of a business or organisation, then the USERS > MANAGE screen enables you to manage your team of website contributors.

Through it you can designate their STATUS and PERMISSIONS.

The Users > Manage Screen

The Users > Manage screen enables you to:

  1. create New Users,
  2. edit the details of existing Users (example: change username or password),
  3. assign Users to User Groups,
  4. create Access Levels to better be able to control what different Users and User Groups can see when they visit your website.

In addition, you can turn ON or OFF User Registration.

How to change Username & Password

You can do so after either signing into the control panel or front end.

Harden your website's Security

Prevent sending plain text passwords to users.

Change Users setting to:

  • Send Password = NO.

This is the default setting in a WYNCHCO website design.

How to see which Users are Online

When you sign in with Special User permissions, you can see who is also signed in.
