Working with Language Overrides
There are two kinds of text displayed in your website's Front End:
- the words you add when you edit website content (example: articles and menu links), and
- words added by the Joomla! CMS (example: labels).
You can easily change words you add yourself, for example, when you edit an Article or a Menu Link.
You can also easily change words added by the Joomla! CMS.
But to do so requires either:
- creating a new LANGUAGE OVERRIDE, or
- editing an existing one
via the Language Overrides screen of your website's control panel.

WYNCHCO website designs include a number of Language Overrides.
For example: instead of presenting a LOG IN button when displaying a Login Module, we prefer to display a SIGN IN button.
If you would rather display LOG IN then you can simply delete the Language Override.
