Joomla! CMS Help
The Dashboard provides contextual help on every screen.
Try using the Help button if not sure about your options when working in Dashboard screens.
Many screens also provide a Toggle Inline Help button.
The example below illustrates how Inline Help works.

Turn on Inline Help using the button at the top of the screen to find out.
After selecting the Toggle Inline Help button, you can see what is meant by available options.
