Hacker News report that Apple has "released security updates for iOS, iPadOS, macOS Sequoia, tvOS, and visionOS to address two security flaws that it said have come under active exploitation in the wild".
A Zero-Day patch is issued by a developer when they discover a flaw which has been exploited without their knowledge.
"The updates are available for the following devices and operating systems:
- iOS 18.4.1 and iPadOS 18.4.1
- macOS Sequoia 15.4.1
- tvOS 18.4.1
- visionOS 2.4.1"
